His career started in KPMG Peat Marwick, one of the big four international accounting firm, for more than 5 years in Assurance and also Corporate Finance Division.

During the tenure of over 5 years’ service period with KPMG, he was in charge for a diverse portfolio of clients in mainly Manufacturing, Property & Construction and ICT industries under the wide range of small to listed companies.

He is experienced in corporate finance sector with for assignments that cover: Due diligence reviews, valuation of shares and preparation of Accountant’s Report to a Listing exercise.

He left KPMG for commercial experience for a short stint of 21/2 years before he returned back for Audit to start his own audit firm, Yusof Suffian & Co. (AF1894).
